Environmental Storytelling is Green Sananka Academy’s program focused on sharing real stories, voices, and experiences to deepen understanding and inspire action.

This program:

• Captures and shares community environmental experiences

• Creates engaging, accessible learning content

• Encourages dialogue, awareness, and curiosity

• Uses storytelling to make environmental issues relatable and human

• Empowers young people to see themselves as part of the solution

A hands-on programme focused on skills, action, and visible impact.

Through Green Communities Lab, young people:

• Learn practical skills like waste sorting, recycling, and water-wise living

• Participate in clean-ups and environmental activities

• Help build and maintain green spaces (gardens, clean zones, tree areas)

• Develop teamwork, responsibility, and pride in their communities
